By the time the air reaches the working area, its temperature is nearly the same as the original tunnel temperature, providing minimal cooling effect. Efficiently and economically reducing high temperatures in deep, long tunnels during construction to improve the working environment is an urgent issue. Therefore, a movable, custom-designed tunnel cooling air conditioning unit must be installed to locally cool the working area, ensuring a comfortable temperature for construction personnel.

Working Principle

The tunnel cooling air conditioning unit is placed at a selected location within the tunnel. It draws in tunnel air, cools it through refrigeration, and uses it as a cold source. A fan then delivers the cooled air to the mining operation area for effective temperature reduction, achieving the desired ideal temperature in the work zone.
